Section 273
Text to be translated
(1) If any document written in a language other than the Nepali language is submitted as evidence to the court and it appears that such document should be translated into the Nepali language, the court may order the party submitting such document to translate such document into Nepali language and submit it.
(2) If there is an order from the court according to sub-section (1), the concerned party shall translate such document into Nepali language and submit a certified copy to the court.
